- Documents proving ownership of the testator’s property
- Will (if any)
- Documents proving kinship between the heir and the testator
- Passport of the heir
Submit these documents to a notary at the testator’s last place of residence.
Pay the state fee, which depends on the degree of kinship and the value of the inheritance.
Obtain a certificate of inheritance from the notary after the six-month period and document verification.
